• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 days (India), 10–15 days (international).

• Shipping charges are mentioned at checkout unless free shipping is applicable.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

• Opened skincare, haircare, or hygiene products are non-returnable unless defective.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any unauthorized activity under your login credentials.
