International shipping is available to select countries on request. Please contact us for a quote.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information via SMS or email once dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 10–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delay)
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak season demand. We appreciate your patience.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
Orders below ₹999 attract a flat ₹60 shipping fee.
International shipping charges vary based on weight and destination. Please contact us for a custom quote.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track your order status directly from our website under “Track My Order”.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
Incomplete/incorrect address
Recipient unavailability
Delay or loss caused by courier agencies
Re-shipping due to failed delivery may incur additional charges.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or items are missing, please:
Take a photo of the package and contents

We will investigate and resolve your issue with priority.
